Podcast launch support · Toronto

Want to start a podcast? We’ll help you get it going.

Grid helps brands, founders and teams turn a loose podcast idea into a show they can actually make: concept, format, identity, setup, workflow, editing, clips and launch.

When to call us

Start with the show you want to make. Then make the process simple enough to keep doing it.

You have the idea, but not the show yet

Turn the loose idea into a clear premise, audience, name, format and repeatable episode structure so recording episode one stops feeling like a giant project.

You bought the mic and still cannot get episode one out

Build a practical recording setup and workflow around the people, budget and locations you actually have instead of overbuilding the production before the show has started.

The podcast exists, but every episode starts from zero

Create repeatable templates for planning, recording, editing, packaging and publishing so the show can keep moving without reinventing the process every week.

You need more than one long episode file

Plan each episode as a content source: the full show, short clips, social cutdowns, thumbnails, copy and other useful pieces that can keep working after the episode goes live.

Questions

Do you have a podcast studio we can rent?

Not currently. Grid does not operate a public podcast studio rental space right now. We help you build the show itself and plan a recording setup and workflow around your team, office, remote setup or another location you choose.

Can you help if we have never made a podcast before?

Yes. That is the point of the service. We can start with the idea, audience and format, then help you make practical decisions about the setup, episode structure, brand, recording workflow and launch.

Can you help us choose podcast equipment?

Yes. We can recommend a right-sized microphone, camera and recording workflow based on whether the show is audio-only, video-first, remote, in-person or a mix. The goal is a setup your team can actually keep using.

Can Grid edit episodes and make clips?

Yes. Editing, episode packaging and short-form cutdowns can be built into the scope so the show becomes a repeatable content system rather than a single upload every few weeks.

Can you help market the podcast too?

Yes. We can connect the show to brand identity, episode packaging, social clips, launch planning and ongoing content so the podcast has a job beyond simply existing on a feed.

How much does it cost to start a podcast with Grid?

It depends on how much help you need. A team that needs format and setup guidance is a different scope from one that wants branding, editing, clips and launch support. Send us the idea and we can outline a lean starting plan before quoting a larger engagement.
