Free brand teardown

Three thingswe’d change.

Send us your brand. We’ll look for the highest-leverage problems across the brand and marketing system, then send back the three changes we would make first and why.

No costNo sales deckYou keep the recommendations

Free. No sales deck. You keep the recommendations whether we work together or not.

What we look at

Four pressure points. Three priorities.

This is not a 50-page audit. We use four lenses to find the few changes most worth making first.

01

Clarity

Can a buyer understand what you are, who you are for, and why you matter without working for it?

02

Distinctiveness

Does the brand have recognizable assets and a point of view, or could the work belong to a competitor?

03

Conversion

When attention arrives, is the next action obvious enough to turn interest into a click, visit, lead, or sale?

04

Consistency

Does the idea survive across advertising, content, social, web, packaging, and retail without getting weaker?

How it works

Thirty seconds in. A focused read back.

01

You send your brand

Your site is enough to start. Add the one thing that feels stuck if you want us to look there first.

02

We find the leverage

We look across brand, message, creative, channels, and conversion, then choose the three changes worth making first.

03

You get the read

Three clear recommendations and why they matter. Use them with Grid, your team, another partner, or nobody.

Send your brand

If the read is useful and you want us to build the fix, great. If not, you still keep the plan.

Questions

Before you send it.

Is the teardown actually free?

Yes. There is no fee and no requirement to hire Grid afterward. The point is to show you how we think by doing useful thinking first.

What do you review?

We start with the website you send and follow the brand into the public touchpoints that matter: positioning, identity, advertising, content, social, web, packaging, retail, or conversion depending on what we find and what you ask us to focus on.

What do I get back?

A short three-point read: the three changes we would prioritize first and why. It is intentionally focused rather than a giant audit that leaves you with fifty things to do.

Who is this for?

It is most useful for consumer brands, marketing teams, founders, and multi-location businesses that know something in the brand or marketing system is underperforming but want an outside view on where to start.

Do I have to become a client?

No. Keep the recommendations. If the read is useful and you want Grid to help build the fix, we can talk. If not, the teardown still did its job.
